Delivery and Returns

TCV will aim to ship bought orders within 48hrs from purchase date. Any issue
within that 48hrs regarding shipping, a direct email will be sent to inform of the
extended date.
All rental orders will be shipped day before the rental period starts.
All bought and rental pieces will be shipped and delivered by Royal Mail
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with signature ensuring the safest delivery of all items.

To prevent any form of fraud, we keep video records of ourselves packaging and dropping off each order
Due to the nature of our vintage designer bags, we have a stern no-return policy; all items are final sale.

We provide a refund, including any related expenses, in the extremely rare event that an item is found to be not authentic and there is evidence of this.
